Instructions Upon Arrival

Please plan on arriving 5-10 minutes before your appointment to use the restroom if necessary, and get settled into the treatment room so that I may start your session at your scheduled time. If you arrive exactly at your appointment time, you are late.

Building C is located at the back of the main parking lot to the left. There is parking available directly in front of the suite.

While I encourage your early arrival, I may be in the treatment room preparing for you. I will be at the reception area ready to bring you back about 5 minutes before your appointment, so please feel free to help yourself to water and have a seat if you arrive before then.

Physical copies can be picked up or mailed out. Or digital copies emailed.

Cash, all major credit and debit cards, Venmo and Zelle accepted.

Cancellations, No-Shows, and Late Arrivals

I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

I ask that you please respect my time and give 24 hours advance notice when needing to cancel or reschedule. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give me 24 hours advance notice, after the second incident you will become required to leave a 50% non refundable retainment fee which can be applied to your appointment or will be forfeited should you cancel again without 24hr notice. Cancelling with less than 12 hours notice will be treated as a "no-show". 

No-shows: 

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be billed 50% of their treatment price for their “missed” appointment. If there is a second incident, they will then required to pay a non refundable 50% retainment fee for future appointments. Booking fee may be applied to the appointment, or forfeited in the case of late cancellation or subsequent no-shows.  

Late Arrivals: 

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, I will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session.
